The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) released an update on the situation in Lebanon as of April 13, 2026. The OCHA revealed that at least 2,089 individuals were killed and 6,762 were injured since the renewed escalation of the conflict in early March. The OCHA reported that the living conditions of displaced individuals continue to limit their access to shelter and assistance. In figures, over 140,000 out of 1,200,000 displaced individuals are staying at collective shelters. In addition, the OCHA noted that the rising food prices and rental costs are compounding vulnerabilities especially for displaced populations residing in hard to reach areas. It also stated in this respect that in order to accommodate for the humanitarian response, two additional European Union humanitarian air bridge flights carrying humanitarian cargo to Beirut have been scheduled, with the first expected to reach the country on April 23. The OCHA mentioned that exactly one month after the launch of the Appeal, around 20% ($67 million) of the $308.3 million of the pledged aid has been received. From another perspective, the OCHA flash update revealed that some 80,000 households will be given emergency Multipurpose Cash Assistance totaling circa $10 million. Furthermore, partners of the UN have launched food distributions inside shelters, providing so far around 4.4 million hot and cold meals as well as some 73,000 ready to eat kits.
أصدر مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانية (OCHA) تقريراً محدّثاً عن الوضع في لبنان كما في 13 نيسان 2026. وقد كشف التقرير أنّ عدد ضحايا العدوان الأخير قد بلغ 2،089 شخصاً على الأقلّ كما وبلغ عدد الجرحى 6،762 منذ عودة التصعيدات الأمنيّة في بداية شهر آذار. كما وأفاد مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة بأن الظروف المعيشيّة للنازحين لا تزال تحدّ من قدرتهم على الحصول على المساعدات والوصول إلى الملاجئ. بالأرقام، فإنّ أكثر من 140،000 نازح من أصل ال1،200،000 نازح يقيمون في مركز إيواء جماعي. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، أشار مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة إلى أنّ إرتفاع أسعار الغذاء والإيجارات يزيد من حدّة الهشاشة وخاصّةً للأفراد النازحين المقيمين في مناطق يصعب الوصول إليها. في هذا الإطار، ذكر مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة أنّه من أجل دعم الإستجابة الإنسانيّة، تمّ إضافة رحلتين إلى الجسر الجوّي الإنساني التابع للإتّحاد الأوروبّي لنقل المساعدات إلى بيروت، ومن المتوقّع أن تصل الرحلة الأولى إلى البلاد في 23 نيسان. وقد أشار مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة إلى أنّه بعد مرور شهر على إطلاق النداء العاجل للبنان، تمّ إستلام حوالي 20% (67 مليون د.أ.) من إجمالي المساعدات والبالغة 308.3 مليون د.أ. من منظارٍ آخر، أوضح مكتب الأمم المتحدة لتنسيق الشؤون الإنسانيّة أنّ حوالي 80،000 أسرة ستحصل على مساعدات نقديّة متعدّدة الأغراض (Multipurpose Cash Assistance) تبلغ قيمتها الإجماليّة حوالي 10 مليون د.أ. إضافةً إلى ذلك، فقد أطلق شركاء الأمم المتّحدة عمليّات توزيع للغذاء داخل الملاجئ تضمّنت حوالي 4.4 مليون وجبة ساخنة وباردة وحوالي 73،000 وجبة جاهزة للأكل.
