According to a press release issued by Bank Audi on October 20, 2020, the Bank announced that it will delist and cancel the trading of its GDRs from the London Stock Exchange (LSE) on November 16, 2020. Said decision came in light of the thin trading volumes compared to the costs and administrative burden of maintaining the listing on the LSE. The Bank stated in a previous announcement that the GDRs will continue to be listed and traded on the Beirut Stock Exchange and will remain outstanding, noting that each GDR represents 1 common share.
بحسب بيان صحافي صادر عن بنك عودة بتاريخ 20 تشرين الأوّل 2020، أعلن المصلرف أنّه سيقوم بإلغاء إدراج وتوقيف التداول بشهادات الإيداع المصدّرة من قبله على بورصة لندن بتاريخ 16 تشرين الثاني 2020 بسبب حجم التداول الصغير مقارنةً بالتكاليف التيّ يتكبّدها في هذا الخصوص. كان قد ذكر بنك عودة في بيان سابق له أنّ شهادات الإيداع تلك سوف تبقى مدرجة على بورصة بيروت وسيظلّ مسموح التداول بها، علماً أنّ كلّ شهادة إيداع تمثّل سهم عاديّ واحد.
