Freight activity via the Port of Tripoli rose to circa 281 thousand tons in the month of March 2022, up from around 198 thousand tons a month earlier. Imported freight accounted for 75.92% of total freight (213.423 thousand tons), while export activity constituted a meager 24.08% (67.676 thousand tons). On a cumulative basis, Tripoli Port freight activity widened by 18.45% y-o-y to 745 thousand tons in the first quarter of 2022 compared to 629 thousand tons in the same period last year. In addition, the number of vessels increased by 35.80% y-o-y to 220 by March, with the number of imported cars rising by 34.40% to 1,129. In this context, port-related revenues (excluding VAT and customs) soared by more than five-folds on an annual basis to about $49.40 million during the first quarter of 2022, from $8.62 million YTD March 2021.
إرتفعت حركة الشحن العامّ عبر مرفأ طرابلس لتجاورعتبة ال281 ألف طن خلال شهر آذار 2022، مقابل حوالي 198 ألف طن في الشهر الذي سبقه. في التفاصيل، شَكَّلَت الشحنات الوارِدة 75.92% من مجموع حركة الشحن (213.423 ألف طن)، في حين بلغت نسبة الحمولات المصدَّرة 24.08% (67.676 ألف طن). كذلك على صعيدٍ تراكميٍّ، فقد زادت حركة الشحن العامّ عبر مرفأ طرابلس بنسبة 18.45% على صعيدٍ سنويٍّ إلى 745 ألف طن في الفصل الأوّل من العام 2022 مقارنةً ب629 ألف طن خلال الفترة نفسها من العام 2021. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، إرتفع عدد البواخر بنسبة 35.80% سنويّاً إلى 220 باخرة، كما وزاد عدد السيّارات المستوردة بنسبة 34.40% إلى 1،129 سيّارة. في هذا الإطار، إرتفعت العائدات المرفئيّة (دون إحتساب الواردات الجمركيّة والواردات من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة) لمرفأ طرابلس بأكثر من الخمسة أضعاف على صعيدٍ سنويٍّ إلى نحو 49.40 مليون د.أ. لغاية شهر آذار 2022، من 8.62 مليون د.أ. في الفترة الموازية من العام 2021.
