Freight activity via the Port of Tripoli fell to circa 224 thousand tons in the month of April 2022, down from around 281 thousand tons a month earlier. Imported freight accounted for 50.58% of total freight (113.325 thousand tons), while export activity constituted 49.42% (110.732 thousand tons). On a cumulative basis, however, Tripoli Port freight activity widened by 7.76% y-o-y to 969 thousand tons in the first four months of 2022 compared to 899 thousand tons in the same period last year. In addition, the number of vessels increased by 25.31% y-o-y to 302 by April, with the number of imported cars rising by 51.02% to 1,551. In this context, port-related revenues (excluding VAT and customs) soared by nearly five-folds on an annual basis to about $68.89 million during the first four months of 2022, from $11.52 million YTD April 2021.
إنخفضت حركة الشحن العامّ عبر مرفأ طرابلس لتجاورعتبة ال224 ألف طن خلال شهر نيسان 2022، مقابل حوالي 281 ألف طن في الشهر الذي سبقه. في التفاصيل، شَكَّلَت الشحنات الوارِدة 50.58% من مجموع حركة الشحن (113.325 ألف طن)، في حين بلغت نسبة الحمولات المصدَّرة 49.42% (110.732 ألف طن). أمّا على صعيدٍ تراكميٍّ، فقد زادت حركة الشحن العامّ عبر مرفأ طرابلس بنسبة 7.76% على صعيدٍ سنويٍّ إلى 969 ألف طن خلال الأشهر الأربعة الأولى من العام 2022 مقارنةً ب899 ألف طن خلال الفترة نفسها من العام 2021. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، إرتفع عدد البواخر بنسبة 25.31% سنويّاً إلى 302 باخرة، كما وزاد عدد السيّارات المستوردة بنسبة 51.02% إلى 1،551 سيّارة. في هذا الإطار، إرتفعت العائدات المرفئيّة (دون إحتساب الواردات الجمركيّة والواردات من الضريبة على القيمة المضافة) لمرفأ طرابلس بحوالي الخمسة أضعاف على صعيدٍ سنويٍّ إلى نحو 68.89 مليون د.أ. لغاية شهر نيسان 2022، من 11.52 مليون د.أ. في الفترة الموازية من العام 2021.
