According to Numbeo.com, The Hague in the Netherlands appeared to offer its citizens the best quality of life in the world scoring 223.8 in the Quality of Life Index, followed by Luxembourg, Luxembourg (score of 220.6) and Eindhoven, Netherlands (score of 217.5) only to name a few.
