The Lebanese Central Bank issued on February 6, 2025 intermediate decision 13696 under intermediate circular 726 directed to banks and financial institutions, whereby it extended the restriction period for banks and financial institutions’ dividend distribution to encompass the year 2024. As such, Lebanese banks and financial institutions are prohibited from distributing dividends for the years 2019 through 2024.
أصدر مصرف لبنان بتاريخ 6 شباط 2025 القرار الوسيط رقم 13696 تحت التعميم الوسيط رقم 726 والذي مدّد من خلاله فترة الحظر على توزيع المصارف والمؤسّسات الماليّة لأنصبة أرباح حتّى العام 2024. وبذلك، على المصارف والمؤسّسات الماليّة الإمتناع عن توزيع أنصبة أرباح خلال الفترة الممتدّة بين العامين 2019 و2024 ضمناً.
