The Ministry of Telecommunications opened the door for applications to the Telecom Regulatory Authority (TRA) for a period of two weeks. Interested applicants should upload their resumes on the Office of the Minister of State for Administrative Reform (OMSAR) platform, where five applicants will be ultimately chosen according to the mechanism for administrative appointments that was recently ratified by the Council of Ministers. It is worth noting that the appointment of the TRA is one of the key reform requirements in the telecommunication sector as it will help in increasing governance levels.
