The Traffic Management Organization (TMO) and LibanPost recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) under the umbrella of which the latter will be handling services such as car registration and renewal of drivers’ licenses, with more services to be offered at a later stage. This strategic alliance comes as part of the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities’ plan to modernize administration, facilitate citizens’ affairs, and reduce the cost of provided services.
وقّعت هيئة إدارة السير وشركة ليبان بوست مؤخّراً مذكّرة تفاهم تتولّى بموجبها الأخيرة خدمات تسجيل السيّارات وتجديد رخص القيادة، على أن تُقدّم خدمات أخرى لاحقاً. وتأتي هذه الخطوة في إطار خطّة وزارة الداخليّة والبلديّات لتحديث الإدارة وتيسير أمور المواطنين وتخفيض تكلفة الخدمات المقدّمة لهم.
