The National Social Security Fund (N.S.S.F.) recently announced that it completed in cooperation with the International Labor Organization (ILO) a U.K. funded project to digitalize social security records. This step marks an important milestone towards the implementation of the new pension scheme introduced under Law 319/2023, which aims at providing adequate and sustainable protection during old age for NSSF enrolled individuals. In details, a specialized firm digitized a backlog of approximately ~850K individual records from yearly declarations covering the period from 2021 to 2024, with these digital records being subjected at a later phase to a rigorous validation process before being integrated into the NSSF’s central database. The Director General of the N.S.S.F. Dr. Mohammad Karaki revealed that this step will assist in performing the necessary actuarial studies to finalize all implementing decrees required to launch the pension and social protection system by the end of 2026.
أعلن الصندوق الوطني للضمان الإجتماعي مؤخّراً عن إتمامه وبالتعاون مع منظّمة العمل الدوليّة مشروعاً ممولاً من المملكة المتّحدة لرقمنة سجلّاته في خطوة مهمّة نحو تنفيذ نظام التقاعد الجديد المُقدّم بموجب القانون 319/2023 والذي يهدف إلى توفير حماية كافية ومستدامة خلال فترة الشيخوخة للمنتسبين إلى الصندوق. في التفاصيل، قامت شركة متخصّصة في المجال برقمنة ما يقارب 850 ألف سجل فردي من الإقرارات السنويّة التي تغطّي الفترة ما بين العامين 2021 و2024 كما وتمّ إجراء عمليّة تدقيق على هذه السجلّات الرقميّة قبل دمجها في قاعدة البيانات المركزيّة للصندوق. وكشف المدير العام للصندوق الدكتور محمد كركي أنّ هذه الخطوة ستساعد في إجراء الدراسات الأكتواريّة اللازمة لإستكمال جميع المراسيم التنفيذيّة الضروريّة لإطلاق نظام التقاعد والحماية الإجتماعية بحلول نهاية العام 2026.
