Holcibel S.A. has completed on January 9 the sale of all of its 10,162,777 shares in Holcim (Liban) S.A.L. (representing 52.07% of the company’s outstanding shares) to B.Z.L. Cement Holding S.A.L. and North Pine S.A.L. (Holding). The sale transaction was completed through via two block trades on the Beirut Stock Exchange and were settled in Fresh U.S. Dollars at a price of $3.15 (bearing in mind that Holcim’s shares were trading on Friday at a price of $72.00 local dollars), hence for a total fresh dollar consideration of $32.01 million. Post-transaction, B.Z.L. Cement Holding will detain 6,259,569 shares in the capital of Holcim Liban (32.07% equity stake) while Northpine S.A.L. will own 3,903,208 shares (20% stake).
تفرّغت شركة Holcibel S.A. في التاسع من كانون الثاني عن كامل أسهمها في شركة هولسيم (لبنان) ش.م.ل. والبالغ عددها 10,162,777 سهماً (ما يمثل 52.07% من أسهم الشركة)، لصالح كل من B.Z.L. Cement Holding S.A.L. وNorth Pine .S.A.L. وقد تمت عملية البيع من خلال عمليتيّ تداول لشرائح كبيرة (Block Trades) على بورصة بيروت جرت تسويتهما بالدولار الأمريكي الفريش (Fresh Dollars) بسعر 3.15 دولار للسهم الواحد (مع العلم أن أسهم هولسيم كانت تُتداول يوم الجمعة بسعر 72.00 دولار محلّي)، أي بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 32.01 مليون دولار فريش. وبموجب هذه الصفقة، تصبح حصّة شركة B.Z.L. Cement Holding 6،259،569 سهم في رأسمال شركة هولسيم لبنان (32.07% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة) وحصّة شركة Northpine S.A.L. 3،903،208 سهم (20% من إجمالي أسهم الشركة).
