After two weeks of consolidation, Lebanese Eurobonds regained momentum during the week of July 31, with prices rebounding from around 22 cents on the dollar during the week of July 24 to 28 cents on the dollar over the last two weeks. The rally was primarily driven by renewed demand from foreign investors following the approval of the banking sector restructuring law by the parliamentary committees, raising hopes of breaking the deadlock surrounding Lebanon's financial crisis.
