The Minister of Finance Mr. Yassin Jaber, the Minister of Labor Mr. Mohammad Haidar and the Minister of Administrative Development Mr. Fady Makki recently announced during a press conference the launching of a new E-Payment gateway at the Ministry of Labor. Mr. Makki commented that the gateway now covers around 50% of the services offered by the ministry, while adding that the reform process will focus on providing faster, simpler, and more transparent public services. On his part, Mr. Haidar revealed that the Ministry of Labor has stopped the use of financial stamps after having been provided with dedicated stamping machines by the Ministry of Finance. Moreover, the Ministry of Finance will also soon be providing the Ministry of Labor with electronic payment machines that will facilitate for citizens the process of paying services not provided online. Finally, the Finance Minister stated that after reaching an agreement with banks, all payment centers across all ministries will allow the use of electronic cards.
أعلن وزير الماليّة السيّد ياسين جابر ووزير العمل السيّد محمد حيدر ووزير التنمية الإداريّة السيّد فادي مكّي مؤخّراً خلال مؤتمر صحفي عن إطلاق بوابّة دفع إلكتروني جديدة في وزارة العمل. وعلّق السيّد مكّي بأنّ البوابّة تغطي حوالي 50٪ من الخدمات التي تقدمّها الوزارة، مضيفاً بأنّ عمليّة الإصلاح ستركّز على تقديم خدمات حكوميّة أسرع وأبسط وأكثر شفافيّة. من جانبه، كشف السيّد حيدر أنّ وزارة العمل إستغنت عن الطوابع الماليّة بعد أن وفّرت لها وزارة المال آلات وسم مخصّصة. علاوةً على ذلك، ستوفّر وزارة الماليّة قريباً أيضاً آلات دفع إلكتروني لوزارة العمل ممّا سيسهّل على المواطنين عملية دفع الخدمات غير المتوفّرة عبر الإنترنت. أخيراً، أفاد وزير المال أنه قريباً، وبعد التوصّل إلى إتّفاق مع المصارف، سيتمّ تزويد جميع مراكز الدفع في كلّ الوزارات بآلات الدفع الإلكتروني.
