According to the statistics published by the Automobile Importers Association (AIA), the number of newly registered cars reached 1,470 cars in October 2025, compared to 1,431 cars in September and 1,255 cars in August, only to name a few. The monthly evolution in the number of new car registrations depicts a rollercoaster trend as illustrated in the chart below:
On a cumulative basis, new car registrations rallied by 52.41% year-on-year to reach 10,917 cars in the first ten months of 2025 compared to 7,163 cars in the same period last year buoyed by an improvement in the political and security environment coupled with the implementation of some reforms at the Traffic and Management Authority (TMO) level. These figures, however, are still dwarfed by the ~20.83K level registered during the first ten months of 2019.
إستناداً إلى إحصاءات جمعيّة مستوردي السيّارات، زاد عدد السيّارات الجديدة المسجّلة في لبنان إلى 1،470 سيّارة في شهر تشرين الأوّل من العام 2025 مقارنةً مع 1،431 سيّارة في شهر أيلول و1،225 سيّارة في شهر آب للذكر لا الحصر. يبيّن التطوّر الشهري في حركة تسجيل السيّارات تقلّبات كبيرة كما هو مبيّن في البيان التالي:
كذلك على صعيد تراكمي، فقد زاد عدد السيّارات الجديدة المسجّلة بنسبة سنويّة بلغت 52.41% ليصل إلى 10،917 سيّارة مع نهاية الأشهر العشرة الأولى من العام 2025 مقارنةً بمستوى ال7،163 سيّارة المسجّل قبل عام نتيجة التحسّن في المشهدين السياسي والأمني كما وتطبيق بعض الإصلاحات في مصلحة تسجيل السيّارات. إلّا إنّ هذه الأرقام تبقى خجولة مقارنةً بمستوى ال20،825 سيّارة جديدة المسجّلة خلال الأشهر العشرة الأولى من العام 2019.
