According to figures released by the Lebanese Ministry of Tourism, the number of tourists arriving to Lebanon rose to 100,124 during the month of December 2023, up from 58,910 arrivals in November. Similarly on a cumulative basis, Lebanon’s tourism season was more vibrant and promising in the year 2023 when compared to the year 2022 with the number of tourists arriving to the country increasing by 13.68% y-o-y to 1,666,492, compared to 1,465,953 tourists a year earlier. European visitors topped the list of tourists arriving to Lebanon, accounting alone for 40.77% (679,389 visitors) of total tourist arrivals, followed by Arab (429,640 arrivals <25.78%>), American (339,731 arrivals <20.39%>), and Asian (82,298 arrivals <4.94%>) visitors.
إستناداً إلى إحصاءات وزارة السياحة اللبنانيّة، إرتفع عدد السيّاح الوافدين إلى لبنان إلى 100،124 سائح خلال شهر كانون الأوّل 2023، مقارنةً مع 58،910 سائح في شهر تشرين الثاني و102،690 سائح في شهر تشرين الأوّل. كذلك على صعيدٍ تراكميّ، فقد بدى الموسم السياحي في لبنان أكثر حيويّة وديناميكيّة خلال العام 2023 مقارنةً بأرقام العام 2022 حيث زاد عدد السيّاح الوافدين إلى البلاد بنسبة 13.68% سنويّاً إلى 1،666،492 سائح خلال العام 2023، مقابِل 1،465،953 سائح في العام 2022. وقد تَصدَّر السيّاح الأوروبيّون لائحة القادمين إلى لبنان، مشكِّلين ما نسبته 40.77% (679،389 سائح) من مجموع الوافدين خلال الفترة المذكورة، تلاهم الوافدون العرب (429،640 سائح <25.78%>)، والزائرون من القارّة الأميركيّة (339،731 سائح <20.39%<)، والسيّاح الآسيويّون (82،298 سائح <4.94%<).
